OLD MEDITERRANEAN HOUSE
Our house was built in 1882. It’s an old stone mediterranean style house located in the center of Brela. We completely renovated it in 2013. The house is just 50 meters away from the coast and the best beaches with pine trees. All restaurant, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries, pharmacy etc. are also just 100 meters away from the house.
At the same time the house is located in a quite area among old, mostly private, houses that don’t host too many guests in a high season and also away from hotels or any noise.
The house has 4 floors and two entrances (from the ground floor and from the first floor by stairs). There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a bathroom with WC and shower cabin. A living room with easy folding sofa is on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the second and third floor with additional toilette on the second and a balcony with perfect panoramic view to the sea on the third floor.
If you are coming to us in a low season, please notice that there are oakwood floors everywhere in the house and we have heating modules on each floor.
The house in located in an old pedestrian area but we provide a parking space in 200 meters away from the house.
