House
Our house was built in 1882. It’s an old stone mediterranean style house located in the center of Brela. We completely renovated it in 2013. The house is just 50 meters away from the coast and the best beaches with pine trees. All restaurant, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries, pharmacy etc. are also just 100 meters away from the house.
At the same time the house is located in a quiet area among old, mostly private, houses that don’t host too many guests in a high season and also away from hotels or any noise.
Ground floor
(Kitchen)
We have a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find everything you need for cooking: big refrigerator, oven, cooking plate, kitchen hood, dishwashing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. All needed dishes and cutlery for 6 persons are avaliable. Thanks to the location and thick stone walls, our kitchen is the coldest part of the house and very comfortable during hot sunny days.
Ground floor
(WC, Shower)
There is a washing machine and shower cabin in the bathroom on the ground floor. We also provide a hairdryer for our guests as well as all needed cleaning supplies.
First floor
(living room)
There is a living room on the first floor. This floor has additional entrance from a private staircase. All floors in the house have oak wood parquets. In the living room you’ll find a sofa which can be easily transformed to a double bed. There is a TV and an air conditioning system provided on this floor. Childrens' playroom can be provided on this floor by request.
Second floor
(Bedroom, WC)
On the second floor there is a seperate bedroom with a queen-size bed, bulit-in wardrobe and a dresser.
We appreciate the comfor of our guests so we provide only natural bedding, comfy mattresses and high quality feather pillows. An air conditioning is provided in this room. From the windows you can see beautiful rooftops of old center of Brela. On this floor there is an additional WC (decorated by Italian ceramic tiles) with a toilete, a sink and a boiler.
Third floor
(Bedroom, Balcony)
On the top floor there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, one single bed (for a child upto 120cm) and a charming balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The balcony is equipped with outter furniture for 3 persons. The roof window provides additional light and ventilation. An air conditioning system is provided on this floor. For our youngest guests we provide additional baby crib, toys, a high chair and a potty training toilet seat.
